About SLU-Madrid

Spain's Largest U.S. Campus

Saint Louis University's Madrid campus — called "SLU-Madrid" by our community — is a learning community that brings together faculty, staff and students from across the world.

SLU-Madrid offers amenities similar to those on college campuses in the U.S., including academic advising, counseling, housing support and active student-led clubs.

Saint Louis University's St. Louis campus is the oldest university west of the Mississippi River and the second-oldest Jesuit university in the United States. The Madrid campus is in the same country where the Jesuit founder, St. Ignatius of Loyola, was born.

Saint Louis University — both in St. Louis and Madrid — is recognized for its world-class academics, commitment to healthcare and tradition of service to the greater community

Saint Louis University is ranked among the top Jesuit universities in the U.S., and has received honors for its academic excellence, efforts to serve others and commitment to making a high-quality education attainable.
