April 14 and 15, high school counselors from across the country, including Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, California and Hawaii, will come to SLU to learn more about the great opportunities offered for their students.
The visit will include presentations from all seven undergraduate colleges and schools.
Other planned activities include a tour of campus, a presentation about residential life and the first-year experience, a luncheon with academic deans and representatives, a Segway tour of Forest Park and a panel discussion with staff members from the Micah Program, the honors program, pre-professional health studies and the School of Law.
This year, we are also including an option for counselors to take a Discovery Flight at the Center for Aviation Science.
By inviting high school counselors from across the country to come experience SLU, we hope to reach even more students from diverse perspectives and backgrounds and show them what it means to "Be a Billiken."
