Saint Louis University has been successfully using electronic delivery of employee W-2 forms through Banner Self Service for the past several years. The program offers the advantage of quicker access to the W-2 form, which will be distributed electronically around the middle of January. It is fast and convenient, and all faculty and staff are invited to sign up now to become a recipient for electronic distribution of W-2 forms.
When the W-2 forms are ready in January, employees will receive an email notice from Marsha McBride (email@example.com). Once a faculty or staff member have signed up for electronic W-2 form delivery, their consent stays in place for subsequent years until they revoke the consent in Banner Self Service or they leave employment at the University.
Non-participants in the program will have their 2013 W-2 form mailed to their permanent address on Friday, Jan. 31. Forms will be mailed to addresses listed in Banner Self Service as of Wednesday, Jan. 15. It is important that all employees log-in and verify the accuracy of their permanent address.
