SLU 101 - Summer Orientation
We look forward to welcoming you and your family to SLU this summer at SLU 101. During this two-day orientation, you'll meet fellow members of the Class of 2017, meet with your academic advisor and faculty from your College or School, enroll in fall courses, stay the night in a freshman residence hall, learn about campus resources, get all of your questions answered from upperclass student leaders, and visit with a sampling of our many student activities and organizations, just to name a few.
Because we provide a great deal of information relevant to your academic success and register you for your fall semester classes, it is expected that all new freshmen will participate in this program.
Click here for a sample student schedule. Students will receive their individualized schedule, as determined by their academic advisor, at SLU 101. Please follow your individual schedule.
Students are also required to complete a Foreign Language skills assessment prior to SLU 101. Click here for more information.
Bring Your Laptop and Other Devices to Orientation! Information Technology Services will be available for students to receive assistance configuring their devices to the University wireless network and residential hall network more commonly called Bradford. Avoid the rush and delay of connecting to the University Network during Fall Welcome and take advantage of this opportunity by bringing your laptop to campus during SLU 101.
