SLU Global: Learn more about the new SLU Global (Blackboard) virtual classroom environment that is used for all online coursework at SLU.
Billiken Bucks: Billiken Bucks works like a debit system, using your SLU ID card. Just fill out an application with Parking and Card Services, deposit at least $5 via cash, check or credit card, and soon you'll enjoy the convenience of using your ID card instead of cash for meals and services both on and off campus.
SLU Barnes & Noble Bookstore: Whether you need textbooks for a class or just a good book to read, you can find it at the SLU Bookstore -- along with computer accessories, school supplies and all sorts of Billiken gear.
Campus Shuttle Bus: This free shuttle bus service makes several stops around the SLU campus, as well as at the Metrolink station at Grand Avenue. Schedules and pickup/dropoff locations are listed on the website.
Dining Options: If you're taking classes on the St. Louis campus, there are a number of delicious restaurants and eateries both on and off campus with affordable meals and convenient hours.
Emergency/Weather Notifications: To check for University closing due to weather, natural disaster or other calamity, call (314) 977-SNOW (7669). Cancellations due to winter weather also will be announced through most local TV and radio stations.
Public Safety: The University Department of Public Safety's uniformed security officers will provide a free escort to students' cars upon request. The phone number for DPS is (314) 977-3000. Most of the campus parking lots have well-marked outdoor telephones with direct lines to DPS. A direct line is also located at the east wall of the lower level platform at the Grand Avenue Metrolink station.
