The Department of Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs to the Saint Louis University Community. These include group fitness classes, instructional programs, personal training, and wellness programs.
Our all inclusive fitness class format allows you to choose from more than 25 classes per week. Add variety to your workout and improve strength, cardio and flexibility.

Earn up to 400 Vitality points by registering for a Vitality Fitness Assessment at the Simon Recreation Center. Our personal trainers perform these assessments, which are a great way to consider your fitness level prior to starting an exercise program. Complete the following Vitality Fitness Assessment registration form and bring it to the Simon Recreation Center. This form includes a PAR-Q form that needs to be completed prior to registration.
