"Our greatest wealth is our health." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Wellness is a journey in which there is no finish line. It is comprised of six dimensions that include: Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual, Occupational (Academic), Emotional, and Social health. In order to achieve optimal health we must strive to find balance in these areas.
Our Wellness Suite is located on the bottom level of the Simon Recreation Center. If you have never been in to visit, you are missing out on some great wellness services. The suite is open to all students and members of the Simon Recreation Center and it offers fitness center orientations, techniques for managing stress, flexibility assessment and instruction, nutrition education, blood pressure screenings, and a body composition analysis. You can even check-out exercise videos to take home for 48 hours! Call for an appointment today or stop by during our posted hours.
