This unique residential community for first-year and upperclassmen students offers semi-private bathrooms shared by two double occupancy rooms. Twenty to forty residents live on each floor, split into two wings. Marguerite Hall includes two learning community options for its residents: the Ethical Leaders in Business learning community and MICAH (faith and social justice), the oldest learning community at SLU.
Marguerite offers a study and meeting space called "The Mug", a workout room, a chapel, and ample lounge space for its residents.
This unique physical setting promotes a strong sense of community among the residents of Marguerite Hall. The size of this air-conditioned building allows residents to get to know each other well.
Residents often describe it as a "big family." A campus minister, professional and paraprofessional staff also live in Marguerite Hall.
