Apply Now for Graduate Admission
To apply, the Office of Admission at Saint Louis University will require that applicants complete our online application for Graduate Admission.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have already completed an undergraduate application for the same term, please contact Graduate Admission at 314.977.2500 in order to submit a graduate application.
The admission application and supporting documents will be received electronically, with the exception of official transcripts and the Declaration and Certification of Finances form (International applicants only). No paper applications will be accepted beginning with the Spring 2012 Admission.
Beginning in fall 2012, some graduate programs will be requiring (or highly recommending) applicants to have three (3) Personal Potential Index (PPI) evaluations as part of their application requirements for admission.

The PPI is offered free by ETS for GRE test takers.
If you wish to supply additional recommendation letters, or if a recommender is unable to upload the letter, please have your recommender send the letter as an email attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Word and PDF documents are the most compatible document types. The subject line of the e-mail containing the letter should read, "Letter of Recommendation for (student's name)" and the letter should be included as an attachment.
Applying online lets you create a Login ID and PIN to access the system anytime and view the progress of your application. Once you have started your online application, use your created Login ID/PIN to check your application status as well as the admission decision.
Applicants applying for admission to a dual-degree program are required to apply for admission to both programs. All other applicants are to limit their applications to just one degree program for admission consideration.
Applicants to the Orthodontics program in the Center for Advanced Dental Education (CADE) will need to upload a Word document or a PDF with their name and match number.
