Casa de Salud, in conjunction with Saint Louis University and Washington University, will celebrate their achievements at the Zócalo Gala event from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, in the Wool Ballroom in the Busch Student Center. James R. Kimmey, M.D., of the Missouri Foundation for Health will be honored at the night's event. All are invited to attend in colorful and festive "creative casual" attire for this one-of-a-kind fiesta.
A Zócalo is a Mexican town square where people come together to eat, shop and enjoy the company of friends. The evening's Zócalo will recreate the ambiance of a night in Latin America with flavorful appetizers, regional entertainment, authentic shopping and more.
After strolling the Zócalo, savor a Spanish-inspired dinner designed by Chef Eric Kelly of the St. Louis restaurant, Scape.
Proceeds from the evening will aid Casa de Salud with its upcoming clinic expansion and continued operating costs.
Ticket and sponsorship information is available on the Casa de Salud website or call 314-762-1251.
