The Student Veterans of America (SVA) chapter at Saint Louis University will hold their monthly meeting from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the multipurpose room of the Allied Health Professions Building at the Doisy College of Health Sciences.
Bryan Hunt, Deputy Director of the Missouri Veterans Commission (the State of Missouri's department of veteran affairs), will discuss issues important to the needs of student veterans, services provided by the Missouri Veteran's Commission, and available benefits for Veterans, military service members and their families in the state of Missouri.
The event is free and open to the public.

About Bryan Hunt: As Deputy Director of the Missouri Veterans Commission, Hunt assists the Executive Director in the formation, development and implementtion of all programs and policies for the central office, to include the Commission's Veterans Services Program, Cemetary and Homes Program, along with the Commission's newest outreach -- Minority Veteran's Program, State Veteran's Ombudsman Program, Incarcerated Veterans Program and Women Veterans Program.
Hunt, is a U.S. Army veteran and is licensed as a nursing home administrator in Missouri and Arkansas.
