Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Governance
As part of the University’s overall planning and effectiveness effort, a Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan was created to bring together campus resources in order to focus on the strategies of enrollment and student success. The process is facilitated through a carefully designed structure led by the Strategic Enrollment Management Executive Steering Committee (SEMESC) and three primary councils; the Recruitment Council, the Retention and Student Success Council and the Research and Reporting Council, which are all supported through existing committees, forums and working groups across the University.
