Jackie earned her master's in Higher Education Student Affairs at Iowa State University. She has 15 years of professional experience in a range of student life roles including housing operations, campus activities, programming and orientation.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Fraternity and Sorority Life
  • Advising the Great Issues Committee and the Greek Standards Board
  • Advising the Student Activities Board
  • Working with Senior Year Experience programs
  • Working with budgets and finances for the department and student organizations
  • Working with policies and procedures for student organizations
  • Co-advising Student Government Association

Cheryl began working at SLU in February 1999; spending her first several years in the Housing and Residence Life Office before moving to the Student Involvement Center. Cheryl  loves working with students, seeing them as they enter SLU as Freshmen and watching their growth into Seniors throughout their educational journey at SLU.  Her favorite color is purple.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests of the Student Involvement Center and answering their queries
  • Overall upkeep and managing the Student Involvement Center Suite
  • Supervising student workers/office assistants

Christian earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Missouri State University and her Master of Business Administration from Walden University. She has over four years experience in project management and operations.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Working with budgets and finances for the Department of Student Involvement and student organizations
  • Communication and oversight of policies and procedures for student organizations.
  • Co-advising the Student Government Association to assist in maximizing the student experience, leadership and involvement at SLU

Brianna HodskinsBrieanna Criscione
Program Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Brieanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Louisville and her Master of Arts in Adult Education for Training and Development from Western Kentucky University. During her undergraduate career, she joined Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and now brings more than three years of experience working at her sorority's headquarters to her role at SLU.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Direct oversight of  Fraternity and Sorority Life
  • Advisement of both Panhellenic and Fraternity Council boards, as well as the chapters within
  • Fraternity and Sorority recruitment
  • Advisement of Order of Omega leadership honor society
  • Support for the advancement of the fraternal community as a whole
  • Facilitation of the Student Leadership Honoraria Program

Abigail earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is an alumna of Alpha Xi Delta women's fraternity.

Abigail's responsibilities include:

  • Advising the Student Activities Board
  • Facilitating the Billikens Lead Program
  • Supervision of  #SLUintheCity programming
  • Supervision of student workers

Jordan McLarenJordan McLaren

Graduate Assistant for Billiken Parents and Families Association

Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, with a concentration in Health Administration from Eastern Illinois University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration. During her undergraduate career she was involved in several organizations such as University Board, Student Standards Board, Phi Sigma Pi Honor Fraternity and Apportionment Board. She also served as an orientation leader, facilitated a freshman entry class and volunteered as a sexual assault crisis intervention counselor.  

Her responsibilities include: 

  • Serving as a liaison for the Billiken Parent and Family Association 
  • Creating, organizing and distributing the Parent and Family newsletter
  • Assisting with the planning of Fall Welcome and Homecoming and Family Weekend
  • Planning of ongoing parent programs throughout the year 

 Michelle PeltierMichelle Peltier

Michelle received her bachelor's in History from Vassar College before pursuing a career in journalism, working as a researcher and producer at CBS News. Her master's in Photojournalism is from the University of Missouri. Her responsibilities include maintaining the quality and accuracy of all Student Development divisional web pages, working with colleagues to create compelling written and visual content to tell the story of the SLU student experience and advising student media organizations.
