Radioactive Waste Pickup Request

Radioactive Waste pickups are currently scheduled for Thursdays between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. All labs other than Frost Campus labs are picked up the first three weeks of any given month. The last Thursday of the month is reserved for Frost Campus waste pickups.

* First Thursday of the Month - Medical Center
* Second Thursday of the Month - Medical Center
* Third Thursday of the Month - Medical Center
* Fourth Thursday of the Month - Frost Campus

This online Radioactive Pickup Request form is not a substitute for the Radioactive Waste Transfer Form which must be completed and attached to the waste container per instructions in "Radioactive Waste Packaging Instructions for Labs" (Radioactive Waste Transfer Forms can be obtained prior to your waste pickup in Caroline Hall Room C-305 or via campus mail by calling 977-8609). Please submit your request for waste removal a minimum of one day prior to your scheduled pickup day.
