Visit SLU this Fall

Please join us for campus visit options that suit your schedule and requests.

Preview Day

This full-day event features information on the application and admission process, the opportunity to meet faculty from all our schools and colleges, meet and talk with current Billikens, see inside labs, classrooms, and residence halls.  If you’re applying this fall, you can also attend your admission interview while you’re here. This visit also includes an optional session with information on Pre-Professional Health Studies, including the Medical Scholar program.

Business or Engineering Visits

These special visits will give you the chance to learn more about the Richard A Chaifetz School of Business or the School of Science and Engineering. The visits include information on the application and admission process, the opportunity to meet faculty and current students, and see classrooms and labs.

Health Careers Visits

Students interested in studying pre-health at SLU have a variety of visit options that will allow them to interact with advisors from Pre-Professional Health Studies to learn more about the pre-med undergraduate experience (including information on the Medical Scholars program). The Health Careers Visit Days include information on SLU's application and admission process, the opportunity to meet faculty and students from all our undergraduate pre-health programs, the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing, and the Doisy College of Health Sciences. You’ll see a classroom, lab space and get a tour of campus.

Transfer Student Visits

Thinking about transferring to SLU? Visit us for an in-depth look at transfer student admission. Transfer visits will include opportunities to learn more about SLU, meet with admission counselors and engage with current students. This customized visit is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding each step of the process.

Prospective transfer students may participate in any weekday visit or visit event, but the following dates will offer a specialized Admission Presentation tailored to the transfer student experience:

Billiken for a Day

When you attend Billiken for a Day, we know you'll be able to picture yourself as a Billiken for life. Customized to your academic interests, our Billiken for a Day visit includes a variety of activities, all accompanied by one of our current student hosts. Your day will include an informational presentation and campus tour, a visit to a live class, opportunities to engage with faculty and current students, and breakfast or lunch in the Grand Hall Dining Center. With an optional overnight stay in a residence hall, Billiken for a Day offers the most comprehensive look at life on SLU's campus.

Admission Presentations and Tours


As an introduction to Saint Louis University, join us for an on-campus admission presentation. This session with an admission representative covers academic programs, scholarships and financial aid, student support services, and the step-by-step application and admission process. This presentation can be easily combined with a tour, where you will hear from current students about their favorite places on campus. Tours include many must-see spots and represent what campus life looks like as a Billiken.
