Saint Louis University-Madrid was established as a study abroad program in the 1960s and has evolved into a recognized center of international education in Spain. Today, SLU-Madrid educates students from around the world, providing four-year U.S. undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees and credits for study abroad students at their home institutions.
Twenty-three undergraduate majors and two master's degrees can be completed entirely in Madrid. You can also choose to start one of more than 40 undergraduate degrees at SLU-Madrid and finish your studies at SLU's St. Louis campus.

Our Campus
SLU-Madrid’s campus is located near the Ciudad Universitaria area and is easy to get to by Madrid’s Metro system or several bus lines.





San Ignacio Hall
Study in the SLU-Madrid library, buy books or merch in the SLU-Madrid Bookstore or hang out on the rooftop patio. The Office of Student Life, cafeteria, auditorium and an outdoor patio are also located in San Ignacio Hall.

Take a break between classes on the patio right next to several classrooms in Padre Rubio Hall. The Counseling Center, the registrar's office and the on-campus chapel are also located here.

In Manresa Hall, you’ll find the media lab, Marketing and Communications department, the nursing and science labs and other classrooms. It's close to nearby cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy.
