Emerson Leadership Institute

The Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University aims to develop and deliver education, professional development, research and community engagement programs that shape and enable ethical leaders.

The Emerson Leadership Institute presented the inaugural Be Heard: Women in Leadership Conference at Saint Louis University in 2022. 

Vision and Mission

The Emerson Leadership Institute is the next evolution of a 25-year partnership between Emerson and the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business. It establishes a leadership “hub” that supports impactful training programs, leading-edge research initiatives, and market-driven community engagement activities where ethics and responsible leadership are core tenets. 

Individual and Group Training

The Emerson Leadership Institute offers training programs on various topics related to leadership and ethics. Programs are developed and delivered by Chaifetz School of Business faculty and staff, partnering with leadership experts from Saint Louis University and throughout the country.
