Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts on Microfilm
The Vatican Film Library holds more than 37,000 manuscripts on microfilm from the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, ranging in date from the fourth century AD through the seventeenth century. It holds an additional 3,000 manuscripts on microfilm from a variety of other libraries.
