Women in Medicine and Science

The Women in Medicine and Science (WIMS) group at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine aims to advance women at all career levels within academic medicine and science by addressing gender equity, recruitment and retention, awards, and recognition, work-life balance and career advancement by actively engaging with all members of our community regardless of gender.

Membership is open to all full-time, part-time, adjunct and volunteer faculty, staff, fellows, residents, postdoctoral fellows, graduate and medical students. Activities and subcommittees are open to all persons interested in becoming involved in our organization and its mission.
