2016 School Supply Drive Collects 17,000 Items for Local Children
Thanks to the generosity of the Saint Louis University community, the annual School Supply Drive was again a great success.
This year’s collection was one of the best yet, with approximately 17,000 items donated.
Departments from across campus participated in the drive, with many collecting more than one full box. The drive collection helps provide students in many of our city’s most struggling neighborhoods with the basic tools to help them achieve academic success.
The Center for Service and Community Engagement extends a thanks and recognition to the departments listed below for participating, especially to the Department of Anesthesiology, which collected three full boxes of supplies.
