SLU Recognized Among Top 100 Leaders in Sustainability
For the second consecutive year, Sierra Magazine acknowledged the University's sustainability efforts in its “Cool Schools Ranking."
The ranking is based on both long-term sustainability achievements and efforts as well as newer initiatives, as reported in SLU’s annual STARS report.
“Receiving this recognition from the Sierra Magazine highlights our campus' increased commitment to sustainability,” said Brandon Verhoff, director of Sustainability and Benchmarking. “Being a part of the top 100 in the Cool Schools list communicates to prospective students that sustainability is important to us at SLU.”
