Magis Launches Next Round of Community Discussions

The Magis Operational Excellence Program (MOE) invites the campus community to attend one of nine community discussion sessions for faculty and staff next week. As MOE approaches the completion of Organization Design and the end an Academic Reinvention planning stage, attention turns to active and forthcoming initiatives to improve essential processes and grow the University’s recurring revenue.

Sessions will take place at various sites on the SLU campus including at the School of Law. Each discussion will begin with a brief presentation about initiatives currently taking place or that will launch soon. The majority of each session will be dedicated to comments and questions from attendees. A full report on Academic Reinvention actions and strategies will not be available at these sessions as some planning is still ongoing. An online Fuze meeting will be available for some sessions as indicated below.

Questions sent in advance of forums are encouraged so issues can be researched or facts gathered in advance of the discussions. Questions can be emailed to magisoperationalexcellence@slu.edu or through the feedback form on the project website.
