Deployed Soldier Care Package Collection Continues

The Staff Advisory Committee, in conjunction with the Office of Military and Veteran Enrollment Services, is collecting items to be packed and shipped to military personnel deployed in the Gulf.

The SLU community knows of nearly 300 soldiers deployed in the Gulf Region in support of military maneuvers. Yvonne McCool, past chair of the Staff Advisory Committee, has a list of items to be are collected. The average cost to ship one care package is about $18. 

Donated items can be delivered to:

​All items should be delivered by Friday, April 28.
