Hospitality on Show at SLUnited Conference

The School for Professional Studies hosted its fifth annual Hospitality SLUnited event April 20, bringing together St. Louis-area hospitality industry professionals. The attendees represented all sectors of the hospitality industry. The event was designed to foster networking and to encourage interdisciplinary, strategic collaboration.

This year’s event featured a panel discussion around the topic “Hospitality Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” More than 80 professionals from across 46 different companies were on hand, including representatives from Maritz Travel, Midas Hospitality, Bailey’s Restaurants, Magnolia Hotel, the Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Fox Theatre. The event raised more than $7,000 for scholarships.
