Participants Needed for Psoriasis Research Study
M. Yadira Hurley, M.D., from SLU’s Department of Dermatology, is recruiting people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for a study to evaluate and compare the safety and effectiveness of two FDA approved injectable medications for treatment of psoriasis.
To be eligible to participate in the study, volunteers must:
- Be 18 years of age or older in good general health
- Have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
- Meet the physician evaluated and laboratory criteria for treatment
- Agree to complete all study required visits and to prevent pregnancy for the length of the study
The study will last up to 56 weeks and will include multiple visits to the study site. Eligible participants, if enrolled, may receive the following:
- Study Treatment
- Laboratory testing
- Research related exams
- Compensation for time and travel
