Fitness Classes Starting at Simon Recreation Center

Now is the time to work off those extra holiday pounds and get ready for the spring and summer season. Campus Rec offers 11 different class types and more 20 different sections per week. Classes meet 13 times each semester. All skill and experience levels are welcomed.

Classes offered are 20/20/20, Spinning, Power Yoga, Total Conditioning, Power Yoga, HIIT, Zumba, Yoga Stretch, Vinyasa Yoga, Cardio Core, Intro to Salsa and Merengue y Bachata dance.
