Student Success Center Seeks Tutors, Supplemental Instruction Leaders

The center is currently recruiting applicants for the 2017-18 academic year.

General requirements for becoming a tutor or SI leader:

• Have (at least) a 3.0 in the subject area(s) to be tutored and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Submit a faculty recommendation as part of the application process
• Attend a Fall training session on Saturday, Aug. 26 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Participate in at least two in-service training sessions or projects each semester
• Act as an academic role model
• Encourage and support your peers

Applications and faculty recommendation forms are now available on SLU Groups. All applications are due no later than Friday, March 24. Interviews will take place on Saturday, April 1.
