Nominations Sought for SLU's 'Leaders in the Workplace'

Saint Louis University will take part in the YWCA’s long-running “Leaders in the Workplace” awards program again this year. Nominations are sought for SLU women of achievement and are due by Wednesday, Nov. 15.
Eight honorees will be chosen from among those nominated and those women will be honored at the annual Leader Lunch on Friday, Dec. 15.
Women who have been employed by the University for at least three years are eligible for nomination. Individuals who have been previously selected for this honor are not eligible.
Nomination letters highlight the ways the nominee has contributed to the growth and enrichment of both the University and the greater St. Louis area. The letters should also include the following information about the nominee:
- Outstanding work performance
- Special talents
- Leadership qualities
- Outside activities
- Service to others
- Other notable qualities
Nomination letters should be submitted to Kellisa Lyn Fiala, Women’s Commission awards chair by email or through inter-office mail c/o Kellisa Fiala, Women’s Commission awards chair, Room 130, Fitzgerald Hall.
The YWCA has held the “Leaders in the Workplace” awards program since 1984.
