Information Technology Services (ITS) is hosting Skype for Business training sessions in August and September.

Skype for Business 101: The Basics

This class will cover the basics of Skype for Business including how to log in, add contacts, create groups, send instant messages, schedule and join meetings, and make VOIP and video calls.

This class will expand on the topics covered in Skype for Business 101 and include advanced meeting and lecture controls, scheduling meetings via Outlook, taking live polls, using collaboration tools, and web conferencing.
