SLU Community Softball League to Return This Summer

Campus Recreation is bringing back its SLU Faculty/Staff/Student Summer Softball League.

The league will play on Tuesday nights, beginning Tuesday, June 19, on the Billiken softball field.

The registration fee is $25 per team and teams can be made up of 10 players. This is a co-recreational league so teams will need at least five male and five female players for a 10-person team.

Teams can register at shopcampusrec.slu.edu. Registration will close on Friday, June 15, that 5 p.m. Games are scheduled on the following dates:

• June 19
• June 26
• July 10
• July 17
• July 24

There will be no games during the week of July 4.

This schedule includes four weeks of league play and one final week of playoffs and barbecue.
