ITS Updating Banner, ODS

Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform mandatory upgrades to the Banner Database and the ODS this weekend.

As part of the upgrade to Banner 9, ITS will make mandatory changes to the Banner Database and the ODS. The anticipated maintenance window will from 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26 through 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28.

The following applications will be unavailable during the maintenance window:

• ACES2
• AppWorx
• Axiom
• Banner (both Banner Self-Service and Internet Native Banner)
• BossCars
• Cognos
• eProcurement (Billiken Buy)
• IntelliCheck
• Operational Data Store (ODS)
• TouchNet
• WebFOCUS
• WebXtender
• Workflow
