Information Security Awareness Training for Employees and Faculty Begins Monday

On Monday, Oct. 8, SLU employees will find a new Security Awareness Training compliance requirement listed on the Home tab in MySLU.

There is a link that directs you to a 12-minute module in SkillSoft titled “Phishing.” The module does not allow users to test out of the training. Completion of the training is required by Dec. 7, 2018.

IT Security & Compliance will continue the Information Security Awareness Training program with the objective to reduce risk to the University by educating the community on how to protect the University's data, network and other IT resources.
