Do you want to start exercising? Having trouble maintaining your motivation to exercise?
Volunteers are needed for clinical psychology doctoral students to practice an intervention called motivational interviewing.
Motivational interviewing is a collaborative conversation that seeks to strengthen a person’s own motivation and commitment to change. The motivational interviewing session is a training exercise for doctoral students to practice conducting a motivational interview. The session lasts approximately 50 minutes and is confidential.
