Workday Transition: Employee Location Updates Needed

As part of the University’s transition to Workday, Facilities Services (FM Systems) will be the data source for all employee locations in Workday for University affiliated locations. To ensure that the Facilities’ database has the correct employee locations, University employees should confirm and/or update their locations by Friday, Dec. 13.
SLU employees should note that failure to confirm and/or correct their employee location by Dec. 13 may result in potential disruption and/or delay in mail services effective January 2020.
Those who do not confirm their locations by the end of business on Dec. 13 will be unable to do complete the process until the system is re-enabled during the first week of January. It will be temporarily unavailable after Dec. 13.
Upon the University's re-opening following the holiday break in January, employees will be able to update their locations again in the Facilities Services Applications (FM Systems).
Building records requests will also be unavailable until after the New Year.
Confirm or Update Your Location
- This update will only affect your location in Workday and will not be reflected in your current location listed in Banner.
- Some University users are currently experiencing problems with Internet Explorer. Make sure you use either Firefox or Chrome to update your location in FM Systems.
