Education Day to Impact Traffic Near SLU
More than 7,000 local students will attend the Ninth Annual Education Day hosted by the women’s basketball team and Billiken Athletics on Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Chaifetz Arena. As a result of the number of schools attending, traffic around the arena will be impacted.
More than 120 buses will park and drop off students on Compton Avenue between 9 and 11 a.m.
The buses will park and pick up students between 12:30 and 2 p.m.
SLU students, faculty and staff members should avoid traveling on Compton Avenue duering these times to avoid delays around the arena area.
