Voting Open for 'SLU's Choice Award'

Voting is now open in the ‘SLU’s Choice Award’ contest to pick the best student-made Learning Community video.

Students, faculty and staff members can vote in the contest by clicking here. Polls close at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 12.

Each video focuses on a unique Learning Community housed in the University’s residence halls. Students living in these communities live and study together as well as taking part in curricular and co-curricular activities. Faculty members play key roles in continuing students’ engagement with learning outside the classroom and supporting students in a variety of ways.

The Learning Communities were tasked to incorporate or include the following requirements in their videos:

• What makes the Learning Community stand out?
• What spaces at SLU benefit students or are central to the Learning Community experience?
