A memorial ceremony celebrating the life of long-time physics department chair William Thacker, Ph.D., will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the ballroom at St. Francis Xavier Church.
The ceremony will celebrate the many friendships and accomplishments made during a life that ended too soon and conclude with a prayer and benediction.
Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations in Dr. Thacker’s name be made to Saint Louis University's Pius XII Memorial Library.
