SLU Culinary, Les Dames d'Escoffier Wine Tasting, Food Pairing Slated for October 2
Saint Louis University culinary students are partnering with Les Dames d'Escoffier St. Louis for a wine tasting and culinary pairing. Proceeds will benefit the Les Dames d'Escoffier St. Louis Scholarship Program and Community Outreach.
The Oct. 2 event will allow guests to compare and contrast wines by focusing on ranges of style, produced both domestically and in various regions of France.
Guests will explore 15 light, medium and full-bodied wines. The white, rose and red wines will be provided by Pinnacle Imports, Trademark Wines and Power Play Beverages. The wines will be paired with specifically-prepared dishes by the Saint Louis University Culinary Program and area chefs.
- When: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019
- Where: Allied Health Professions Building, 3437 Caroline Mall (Multipurpose Room on 3rd Floor)
- Cost: $20 in advance or $25 at the door
- Parking available in Hickory garage directly across from the Allied Health Building. Enter either on the south side of the Allied Health Building (at the building entrance) or between the Center for Advanced Dental Education and the Allied Health Building and enter at the Fresh Gatherings Café entrance.
