Mail, Distribution Services to Resume Operations

Mail Services will resume regular delivery operations beginning Monday, Aug. 10. Distribution Services will resume its work on Monday, Aug. 17.

Distribution Services will not be running their delivery routes with packages and certified mail until Monday, Aug. 17. Packages will still need to be picked up from the Earhart receiving dock until Aug. 17.

A department must be open full-time, Monday through Friday, in order to have packages delivered after Aug. 17. Departments that are not open full-time during the work week must continue to pick up packages from Earhart Hall until further notice.

The resumption of services does not include Student Mail Services. An announcement specific to this office is forthcoming.

What This Means

Unless a department is still working remotely, there will be no need to pick up mail or packages any longer.

For those departments that will still be working remotely or only have staff members on campus periodically, Mail Services will continue to hold the department’s mail at Earhart Hall.

Departments should contact the Mail Room to make arrangements to have their mail either delivered to the department when someone is available, or for someone to pick it up.

If a department is still working remotely, contact Mail Services by calling 314-977-7128, and/or Distribution Services at 314-977-2958, to make delivery arrangements.
