Windows Patches Available Beginning December 22

Windows patches will be available to all workstations beginning Tuesday, Dec. 22, starting at 5 p.m. CDT. The patches will install automatically without any intervention or pop-up notifications.

In the event that the installation requires closing of specific applications, such as Word, users will be prompted to close the application before proceeding.

Users will receive a popup message once all the patches are installed, requesting a restart. This restart is highly important, please reboot your machine after receiving the pop-up message in order to ensure the patches are applied successfully.

Once patches are installed, please check operating functionality on your machine.
