Mission and Identity Office Hosting Pentecost Novena
05/21/2020
The Office of Mission and Identity will host a virtual Novena to honor the Feast of Pentecost as an opportunity for the SLU communitas ad dispersionem to come together in prayer and reflection.
Pentecost celebrates the visitation of the Holy Spirit to Christ’s followers and the spirits gifts.
The novena is opportunity to pray together as we prepare to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit in this historic and grace-laden time of worldwide pandemic.
The novena will take place each evening at 7 p.m. from Friday, May 22, through Saturday, May 30. It will include a brief reflection and opportunity for community members to offer intentions and to pray.
The novena will be held on the Office of Mission and Identity's Facebook page, @slujesuitmission.
