Date Changed for Office 365 Email Migration

Information Technology Services (ITS) has been working closely with SLU’s implementation partner, Planet Technologies, and leadership around the University to review the planned work that will enhance and expand the functionality, security and available tools for our Microsoft Office 365 system.
ITS is cognizant that any disruption to email service can be a challenge.
In order to minimize impact of this work to the SLU community, the migration work has been rescheduled to occur after the end of the fall term, starting Friday, Dec. 18 at 9 p.m., and completing Sunday, Dec. 20.
As a reminder, during this time period, individuals with an @health.slu.edu email address will not have access to their email or calendars.
All incoming email will be queued and delivered once the work is complete.
More information will be coming in the weeks ahead with details about what to expect during the maintenance window, information on support options after the migration is complete, as well as information on new tools and enhancements that this work will enable in the system.
