COVID-19 Vaccine: Facts for the Community and Faith-Based Organizations

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the School of Medicine at Saint Louis University will hold a webinar, "COVID-19 Vaccine: Facts for the Community and Faith-Based Organizations."
The webinar will be held from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17.
In order to dispel myths around the COVID-19 vaccine, the School of Medicine is partnering with clergy leaders of all denominational backgrounds to build public confidence to successfully vaccinate our diverse community.
During this 75 minute online seminar participants will hear from experts in research, infectious disease and clergy members.
Panelists include:
- Daniel Blash, Ph.D., vice dean of diversity, equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer for the School of Medicine
- Sharon Frey, M.D., clinical director, Center for Vaccine Development at Saint Louis University
- Rev. Charles Norris, St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church, St. Louis
- Pastor C. Myles Young, The Rock Church, Elk Grove, California
