ITS to Perform Telephone Maintenance February 24-27

ITS will perform telephone maintenance Wednesday through Saturday this week.

ITS will perform telephone maintenance during the following times:

• 6-11 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24
• 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 through 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27.

This maintenance will impact only Mitel (Shortel) telephones and voice mail. There will be intermittent outages during that time on both the north and south campuses. There is no impact to Avaya (Nortel) phones or Avaya voice mail.
