Windows Patches Available Beginning February 23

Windows patches will be available to all workstations beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23. 

The patches will install automatically without any intervention or pop-up notifications to users. In the event that the installation requires closing of specific applications, such as Word needing to be closed, in that case users will be prompted to close the application before proceeding.

Users will receive a popup message once all the patches are installed, requesting a restart. This restart is highly important; reboot your machine after receiving the pop-up message in order to ensure the patches are applied successfully. Once patches are installed, please check operating functionality on your machine.
