56th Bellarmine Lecture Scheduled for November 16

The Department of Theological Studies and the Office of Mission and Identity invite the SLU community to attend the 56th Bellarmine Lecture.

The lecture, presented by Miguel A. De La Torre, Ph.D., is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 7 p.m. in the Saint Louis Room of the Busch Student Center.

De La Torre, a leading Christian ethicist and Latinx theologian, will speak on the theme: "The Problem with the White Jesus." De La Torre is a former President of the Society of Christian Ethics, a celebrated author, and a noted public intellectual and political activist.
