Senior Legacy Symposium Seeking Volunteers
04/12/2022
The annual Senior Legacy Symposium returns to an in-person format on Tuesday, May 3, in the Busch Student Center. The Division of Academic Affairs needs volunteers for a variety of tasks throughout the day to help the event run smoothly.
Volunteers may help with event set up in the morning, work the check-in table before the event, moderate an interdisciplinary panel, assist with the reception, or help with post-event clean-up efforts.
The Senior Legacy Symposium is an opportunity for seniors to present their academic and creative work as part of the culmination of their undergraduate careers. Students are nominated to present by their academic department or program. This year, the event will have 50 academic departments and programs participating and a total of roughly 125 student projects.
Anyone interested in volunteering should complete this Volunteer Form and list availability. If anyone cannot volunteer, organizers encourage people to walk through the poster presentations or stop by for an interdisciplinary panel between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the Busch Student Center.
Anyone with questions should contact legacy@slu.edu.
