02/25/2022
Founded in 1776, Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and considered to be the most prestigious honor society of the liberal arts and sciences. Saint Louis University is one of 283 colleges and universities who have been awarded a Phi Beta Kappa chapter.
SLU’s PBK community is made up of all faculty, staff, and students who themselves have been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. The Chapter requests assistance in administering its induction ceremony on Wednesday, April 27, at 7 p.m. The event will last until about 8 p.m.
The Chapter's work bestows an important recognition on to our students as they advance in their academic and professional careers. Participation in this committee counts as service to the College of Arts and Sciences.
Those interested in serving should contact Bruce O’Neill, Ph.D. or Robert Pampel, Ph.D. for further details.
