Leading Through Change Lunch-and-Learn Series Starts February 4

Human Resources will conclude the lunch-and-learn series focused on leading employees with flexible work arrangements at SLU. During the month of February, HR will offer the final two sessions focused on leading remote workers.
Strategies that are effective with onsite employees may not be as effective with remote or hybrid employees. As team members transition to more flexible work arrangements, leaders may need to reassess their approach to directing, evaluating, and developing remote workers.
During the month of February, Human Resources is hosting two sessions that are applicable to any supervisor who has at least one team member working remotely. The sessions focus on setting and communicating clear expectations that enable remote workers to be effective and continue to grow their current role.
Sessions
