Leading Through Change Lunch-and-Learn Series Kicks Off January 11

Human Resources is resuming the lunch-and-learn series focused on leading employees with flexible work arrangements at SLU. HR will offer two new sessions in January focused on leading remote workers.
Strategies that are effective with onsite employees may not be as effective with remote or hybrid employees. As team members transition to more flexible work arrangements, leaders may need to reassess their approach to directing, evaluating, and developing remote workers.
This month, Human Resources is hosting two sessions that are applicable to any supervisor who has at least one team member working remotely. The sessions focus on preparing to reinforce, adjust, and communicate clear expectations that enable remote workers to be effective and continue to grow their current role.
Sessions
- Session one explores tactics for giving feedback for hybrid and remote workers. The session will be Tuesday, Jan. 11, from noon to 1 p.m. Click here to learn more and register.
